Cracking of heels may due to dryness of the body so first of all you need to maintain the hygiene of the foot and always wear slippers and avoid dust exposure.
Along with this measures you need to take homoeopathy medicine for it because it is curable by homoeopathy medicine.

Keep your feet dipped in warm/hot water twice a day for 10 minutes. Dry them, and use(apply) Calendula Ointment on affected parts, and take rest for atleast 30 minutes ( do not stand or put feet on floor). Ensure that you wash your hands well with soap and water before applying ointment. Also wash again after applying ountment and before youdo any other work for hygiene sake. Do not walk bare feet on heated surfaces or floor.
