Covid vaccine for BMI less than 18
My father age 79 has BMI less than 18. He has chronic coughs sometimes. He is healthy otherwise .no disease as such till now. Can he take Covid vaccine as he is underweight? Pls advise

Yes. As such low  BMI is not a contraindication . Keep tab. Paracetamol for fever and bodypain...

Low bmi is not a contraindication for vaccination
