Covid positive was on 15 April and Covid negative report came on 4th May, please advise when I can take vaccination.

Sometime in July in your case; 3 months after you tested positive sir. That’s the current recommendation. Till then, you are protected and less likely to develop illness even if exposed again to the virus.
