I'm covid positive with 19.5 as ct value. First symptom on 23 jan, test done on 25 jan. Mild symptoms of mild body ache and mild cold cough. No temperature. Till when do I need to isolate? And till when can I travel domestic through train?

Isolate yourself for 7 days from the day of onset of your symptoms.
Maintain hydration, take Dolo 650 mg in case of fever and betadine gargles thrice a day in case of sore throat
