Hi sir I got positive on 8th May and I had only symptom fever that was less than 100° and now it's already 19 days and only thing I am facing that tiredness ,After sleeping 9 hours also I am feeling tired , my tiredness and weakness are not going, please suggest better Thanks in advance

Weakness usually lasts for about 6weeks. Continue taking the vitamins and a high protein diet. Try some light exercise like 30mins walking.

Post covid weakness and tiredness can last upto 3-6 months. Maintain a good intake of water and a diet high in protein. Add eggs to your diet if vegetarian. If pure vegetarian - add  chana, nuts like almonds and walnuts, soy milk, pulses (dal), chia seeds, oats, paneer, tofu to your diet they all are good source of protein
