My husband got fever on Sunday only till Monday and tested positive on Tuesday.
Now no fever from Tuesday and feeling no other issues.
Oxygen level is fine.
He is in isolation since Sunday.
For how long he should be in isolation and if he has no symptoms like fever and cough

Covid test is positive if there is virus in the nasal swab or swab from the mouth cavity. So he will remain positive (by RTPCR) for many days. He may infect others even though he may not suffer from the disease. His suffering from the disease depends on his level of immunity.
So precautions regarding isolation for 10 days have to be followed.
