Covid antigen test positive
I have cold so I purchased covid antigen home test kit and it says I am covid positive. Do I need to get rt pcr done to be sure ? What medication should I take as I don't have any symptom except cold.

No need to RT PCR  Just  quarantine yourself Take rest If fever take tab dolo 650 sos Check spo2 regularly If more problems or spo2 down u can contact me on practo
