My daughter, 21 months old has wet cough for 3 days now. She doesn't know to spit the phlegm out so she is swallowing. Can you suggest something to desolve phlegm?

The phlegm will decrease slowly by itself. Syrup Prospan 5ml thrice a day for 5 days can be given. if she is active and weight is normal, nothing to worry about. give warm water with honey, soup and warm liquids. Contact again if needed
