Hi Doctor, My 1.6 year old has cough since 20 days. Initially she had cold as well and it has stopped now. For cough we gave Kofarest for 5 days then Shetil for 5 days and cherycough for 5 days. Now the cough is not frequent but on and off. Night time 3 to 4 times she wakes up because of cough. Request your opinion. Thanks in advance.

Chericof is fine. Sometimes viral cough can be prolonged. And night time cough is usually due to post nasal drip and collection of mucus in the posterior pharynx. To rule out any lower respiratory symptoms, consult a pediatrician.
