Regarding egg during cough and cold
Hi I want to know whether we can give one egg daily to the kids of 20 months.And also please reply whether it can be given during cough and cold .

It’s better to be 100% vegetarian, Use Dal, paneer, soya protein instead, to keep your baby ever healthy, medicine and doctor free, Non veg food and egg forms the base for future allergies, asthma,, heart disease,, Diabetes,, Hypertension, strokes,

Although very healthy and full-body iron,minerals and vitamins,it's very high in cholesterol too,do its a double edged sword.
Moderation is the key.
Give one full egg,but on alternate days.
Yes,it can be given in cold and cough too.
