Cough since 2 month
Hello doctor..thank you in advance My sons cough since 2 months..so much antibiotics done..allegra m tablet also give and monticope also..hestoglobe injection also give..but nothing much effective..now tomorrow doctor prescribed hetrozan 100 half tablet 3 times in days for 21 days..is it right treatment

Blood eosinophils counts are slightly elevated. Maybe allergic response. Hetrazan is given for tropical pulmonary eosinophilia caused by a parasite. Need detailed history to pin point the problem. Get a HRCT chest done.

Appears to be Allergic aetiology.pl identify the Allergen and avoid them.pl use inhalers. Hetrazan can be given.even De worming also helps.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
