Is your baby bottle fed ? If yes please stop it. In your room do you put mosquito coil ? Does your pet sleep under the bed ? Do you put dhoop agarbatti or you smoke ? These are common indoor irritants allergens which can cause cough in bed room .GERD can also be a cause . If it persists you should get the baby evaluated as persistent cough is also a cough variant of asthma

More detailed history required Is your child bottle fed? Since when is the cough? Is he allergic to any substance?

Give him warm water a hour before going to bed. Do steam inhalation. Keep his head elevated while sleeping ( use pillow) If cough persists consult online
