Cough,nose block , breathing problems.
Sound was coming while breathing due to cough, shown doctor he prescribed medicine (Relent, ascoril etc), which is helping to cough out,but sometimes she feel very uneasy and getting problem in breathing cause cough is blocked inside and may be due to mucus inside nose.Please suggest what can we do to rid out of it.

Saline nasal drops every 6hrly
Nebulization with asthaline half respule plus saline 2ml every 2hrly for 2-3days
If fever persists then IV antibiotics may require
