My baby has fever for 3 days now. He also has cough but not running nose. The fever keeps on coming. He is also not able to sleep because of the constant cough. And also is not eating. His mouth is red from inside. Is it infection or just a viral fever n cold.

History is suggestive of viral infection. Fever usually persist for 3 to 4 days. Reevaluate with your dr after 3 days. Give warm fluids for cough and plenty of water to drink.
