My son has dry cough without any wheezing of chest. When he cough it looks as if he is about to vomit. He is drinking and eating properly. No other symptoms. We have t-minic and maxtra syrup at home. Age 2 years and 7 month. Weight 13.5 kg.

Use paracetamol for fever if required.
