Cough cold and fever
My daughter is suffering from fever, cold and cough recurrently (4th time) during last 30 days..today she again got fever .cold cought alrdy present..i gave asthakind Dx syrup for cough and levotaz M syrup for cold at night..for fever i gave meftagesic ds syrup...is it safe to give the 3 medicines at a time.

Sorry to hear she is not well, you did not mention her age. Usually younger children who has just started social interaction/play school/nursery can get recurrent infections as part of building non immunity.
For fever and cough with present with cold n congestion use only asthakind Dex syrup. You can use levotac M after recovery from this episode if she has severe allergy related symptoms.
If fever persists or is associated with weight loss and no improvement in cough or there has been recent contact with anyone with TB, it will be also good to have a physical review by your Pediatrician.
