Cough chills fever

Asked for Female, 27 Years

For the past 7-8 days am getting chills at night around 7 pm and my hands and feet go cold. Am having a dry cought for 3 days and got fever yesterday night around 101 after chills. Took dolo and fever went off with a lot of sweat.There is slight runny nose in the morning. When i get chills i get fatigue and dullness as well. Can you suggest some medicines to counter the same before i visit the doctor.
