Cough and cold
I am have cough since last 4 days .
And having cold also. Not runny nose, but all that comes from nose to throat and I have to spit it out. Currently no irritation ,or pain while coughing. But because I am coughing lot so after that feel little discomfort after a coughing. Taking steam with nilgiri, taking honey but not much relief. Actually I wast get rid of on immediate basis as have some imp work.

You might need to exclude the possibility of an irritant causing this. Also, it may be due to a upper respiratory tract infection which with proper antibiotics can be dealt with in right amount of time. Consult at your convenience to give proper history and get apt management.

It can be because of lots of reasons. You should show a physician for physical examination and blood workup. And start medicine accordingly. The sooner you do, the sooner your symptoms will subside.
