Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two.
Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days. Ambrodil s syr5 ml twice n 10 ml at night.
Light diet. No cold things.
