Is costochondritis detected by any imaging ? I have pain along the right side of sternum Breast ultrasound, MRI, Xray, Echo are normal.

Clinically only its diagnosed. Cxray is done to rule out any other cause.

Costochondritis is mainly clinical diagnosis. All the imaging may be normal.
