I have been having Pain and a burning sensation in my sternum , I think it's due to heavy chest workout in the gym . Please consult some treatment on this

I think so go gradual on gym exercises.. don't do excessive weights.. reduce to half from present till you are normal and gradually increase till you feel comfortable
