Continuos Thought like cylinder blast
Hello medam / sir, I am getting different  anxious thoughts continuously rotating in mind . Ex : Cylinder blast or accident will happen to parents and will dead suddenly. Can you please tell ?

Its ocd Obsessive thought which are scary and unwanted they give you lot of anxiety Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online Cbt is recommended to challenge and change your thoughts and help you come out of this negative spiral
