1. Rest advised
2. Strict temperature and urine output monitoring at home
3. Temperature of more than 100F - Tab Crocin 500mg SOS
4. Plenty of fluids, water, chhaas, lassi, coconut water, vanilla ice cream, ORS, electral
5. Avoid packaged fruit juices and milk
6. Continue Full oral diet - add banana, apple to your diet; add fermented food like idli in your diet as it is rich in probiotics
7. Tab Rantac 150mg Twice daily for 7 days, empty stomach
8. Tab Sporolac 1-1-1 for 3 days
9. Syp Zioral 5ml once daily X 2 weeks
If you develop any red flag signs such as fever, low urine output, extreme abdominal cramps, rash - you must seek doctor’s consultation for investigations and antibiotics.
