Continous saliva coming in mouth

Asked for Male, 25 Years

From yesterday i am facing continuous saliva production in my mouth and i feel like spitting every minute or so. By this i am having uneasiness. I am drinking a lot of water and not having any constipation issues. Kindly advice the reasons and remedies/medicines to stop the same as soon as possible.
