I got tetanus injection 4 months ago. I got cut (skin peeled) from door handle today.. should i get tetanus again? I am attaching pictures the wound and door handle.

There is no need to take the vaccine again .. The taken vaccine will work for 6 months duration

No need to take a TT vacine if you had already taken TT injection 4 months back. It will work for 6 months.
Next Steps
do betadin dressing, or wash with water and clean with detol and apply betadin ointment or mupirocin ointment. daily twice.
