Consultation For Transmission Of HIV
I ate a food that was touched by someone else. I don't know it had some visible blood or any body fluid or not. The food was at room temperature 25-29 degree Celsius was untouched for 1 minute. The Foods were served without any gloves or spoon. I also have a dot like cut inside my mouth that was caused by my own teeth while eating. Can this transmit HIV?

There is absolutely no risk of HIV transmission in this scenario. HIV cannot survive outside the human body for more than a few seconds to minutes at room temperature, and it is not transmitted through food, saliva, or casual contact. Even if there were trace amounts of blood on the food, the virus would be inactivated rapidly at room temperature. A small cut inside the mouth does not change this — HIV transmission requires direct blood-to-blood contact, unprotected sexual exposure, or needle sharing. You are completely safe here.
Next Steps
No testing or treatment is required for this exposure. If you find yourself frequently worrying about HIV transmission from everyday situations, it may be helpful to speak with a doctor about health anxiety. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

No.  From your history, you have explained so well why you had a doubt of transmission of HIV. But , it clearly shows that This situation can't transfer HIV. Don't sustain doubts any further. Stay healthy and happy. If the answer from so many doctors is still not satisfactory you can get HIV nucleic acid test done from any of local diagnostic centre.
