Hello ma'am, I would like to know if you are prescribing her on your doctor's advice. Recommend dose for this age group children of 6-8 years with weight of 22-27 kgs is 320 mg every 4 hour till symptoms last, upto to maximum dose of 1600 mg. But since u have not metioned about the dilution factor, I would like to know about it and not assume it as 1000 ml saline bottle used for dilution. Even if it is standard 1000 ml saline bottle is assumed also, the dose is not sufficient as 320 mg has to be given every 4 hourly so if u have diluted it by 1000 ml then per ml is 0.032 mg and 5 ml has 0.16 mg which you are given in 6 hours.
And to start any antibiotics, we need to do some test to rule out infection, if there is no infection there is no need of antibiotics. And with this temperatures I would suggest you to take her to some pediatric doctor as her temperature is high.

Since fever is one day duration, wait for antibiotics. For her weight 240 mg paracetamol you can give if having fever . Look for other associated symptoms also. Viral fever generally subsided by 2-3 days. If symptoms are getting worse consult doctor first before starting any antibiotics. Should give plenty of fluids.
