Constipation
My spouse is facing constipation problem. With dulcoflex it clears out but without the medication it take 2-3 days. Also tried softovac for couple of days but the results are not satisfactory. I believe the acnes are also coming on the face due to constipation problem.
Can anyone please suggest any remedy or solution to it?
