My son 2.5 yrs old has constipation problem... Usually bowel movement in 3 days and very hard and dry...pls give some suggestions or medicine...thnks

Give fibre rich diet like dal,dalia,khichdi,fresh vegetables and fruits,banana, mashed potatoes etc.
Give plenty of liquid
Syp.lactulose 3ml tds if stool soften then decrease dose
