First of all, is this a one time incident or does your daughter suffer from constipation? 1. Give her water boiled with coriander seeds for drinking 2. If possible administer 7.5 ml of Abhayarishtam twice daily after food for two days If her constipation relieves, continue the medicine for 5 more days

Constipation if long time should be seen by a paediatrician. In the mean time let her drink more fluid and give her fibrous food .
