Jaggery and banana with curd rice......?
I have indigestion problem since one week. I went to doctor, and doctor told me Don't eat spicy food and eat only curd rice for three(3) days. Now i am eating only curd rice... Here what my doubt is... can i eat jaggery and banana with curd rice for 3 days...??? Or jaggery and banana also not to eat...??? Tell me..? Can i eat these 2 with curd rice or not..? If you tell "don't eat this(jaggery and banana)" I never eat again. Tell me.......

Yes you should  not eat jaggery and banana with curd.
