Constipation in pregnancy last month
I am 38 weeks pregnant and suffering from constipation from last 3,4 days .what to do can i take any medicine for it

✔ Continue previous medication ✔ drink at least 3lts of water ✔ eat green leafy vegetables ✔ eat fruits ✔ avoid maida, biscuits,sugars and non vegetarian food that can aggrevate constipation ✔ drink warm water on empty stomach early in the morning ✔ eat 2 bananas before going to bed everyday
