High fibre diet - Avoid foods like potato, non veg You can consume any vegetable that's green in color Try to incorporate one fruit in your diet everyday, preferably a banana Plenty of water, atleast 3 to 4 lits everyday Fibre powder such as Lactifibre, 2 TSP in one glass of room temperature water taken at bedtime will help. Taking laxatives such as Cremaffin and triphala will give you only temporary relief.

Take Cremadiet powder two teaspoonful with water at bedtime. You can make it twice daily if you need. Continue it for a month, reduce and stop. It is more of natural fibres without much side effects. Take 3illtres of water in a day unless you have any significant medical disease. High fibre diet. Get checked after 20 days if it persist Thanks
