I am suffering from constipation from past 2 years. I have been doing enough yoga and drinking water early morning along with a cup of warm green tea..still the constipation happens twice in week. Once I stop drinking water or green tea nd if I woke up late some day, I will not get bowel movement that day. Please suggest any permanent solution to this

Pl take high fibre diet means greean leafy vegetables , one apple with skin , excercise for 1/2 hr or more , take 8-10 glasses of warm water daily , warm milk with isapgol husk 4 tsf at bed time . Make it a routine . Still if constipated then take Lactomed susp 20 ml at night as and when required
