I am experiencing periodical constipation.
My daily routine has different timings. But no missing day.
Suddenly 2to3 days hard and delayed stool. Another 2 to 3 days small amount of stool ( 3 times to clear) yet another 2 to 3 days normal.
I tried probiotics, flax seeds selected laxatives. It works for only first 3 days.
I drink 4 liter water a day. 10000 steps 1.30 hour walking in a stretch. Eating green apple, orange and guava in night. Soaked almonds in morning (empty stomach). Oats with brake fast. I avoid
sugar and starchy food. Strict in diet.
Can any one suggest chemical free stool softener and bowel regulator please.
And my vitals are normal.
