Constipation
Hi everyone from one month m suffering with constipation problem.i went to doc they give me some laxitine and also pain killer.and some powder packet to drink with water , after fewdays it's come back so again I went to doc they give same medicine back. And also they took my blood test and done sonography but there  is no infection in my stomach.I feel poop stuck  i am not able to sit and move also ihave lot of pain and i live in Nederlands here doctor not refer me a specialist Is anyone guide me what is the exact problem .

I guess you should see a surgeon for local examination. Increase fibres in your diet.
