Sure it can be cured by proper homoeopathic medicines. Homeopathy or homoeopathy is a pseudoscientific system of alternative medicine. Its practitioners, called homeopaths, believe that a substance that causes symptoms of a disease in healthy people can cure similar symptoms in sick people; this doctrine is called similia similibus curentur, or "like cures like".

Homeopathy has not pain killers and are very gentle for your body. They so not have any side effects. Constipation could be attributed to some other reason like your diet, sedentary lifestyle, or something else probably.

First of all there is no medicine such as pain killer, or steroids in homeopathy. Now if you are feeling constipation that means new symptoms are arising means current medicine has to be changed or stop. And different medicine would be needed to cure your back pain as well as constipation.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to consult your doctor.
Health Tips
Sometimes such new symptoms arises due to change in diet, water intake and lifestyle. if any changes has been done kindly notice correct it.

You should consult your Homoeopathic physician for this problem. Or if you want to start the treatment for backache at Dr.khapra's Homoeopathic Clinic, you can consult us online through practo.
