10min gap is enough between 2meds. Yes you can take med at midnight if missed, but try not to miss it and have it on time as suggested.

Hello, for most medicines 15-20 mins gap is sufficient. The time of consuming Homoeopathy medicine is based upon the medicines. Some medicine acts best at night & some in the early morning & hence the doctor suggest the same. Check with your Homoeopathy doctor about the prescription. DO not Self medicate. To know more & for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

5 to 10 minutes is enough. It is better to follow the timings prescribed for you because medicines have particular timings to show there affinity.

The minimum time gap between two homeopathic medicines depends on the case and potency of the remedy: General Rule: A gap of 30 minutes to 1 hour is ideal between two different homeopathic medicines. Same Medicine, Repeated Dose: Follow your doctor's prescription, but typically, a 3 to 4-hour gap is advised for lower potencies (e.g., 6C, 30C). Higher potencies (200C and above) are usually taken less frequently.
