Constipation and urine problem
Doctor,
My mother is taking BP tablets but for the last two days she is facing constipation problem and low drop urine for every 1 to 2 hours. Is this because of heat or any other problem. Kindly need your suggestion.

Constipation may be due to diet pattern,include more fibre rich food, drink plenty of water, do exercises, at least walk for 30 mts daily if possible,

Take a diet rich in fibers to avoid Constipation then you might need to start some laxatives to control the Constipation issue and drink plenty of water possibly with oral rehydrating solution ORS drink at least two to three liters of water every day this will solve the urine issue but you might need to start medication for the urine issue as well it is difficult to start medicine without consulting so I would advise you to consult to me first.

The low urination can sometimes be due to constipation.if she has no other issues ask her to take high fibre diet and lots of water.
