Constipation and stomach ache
Past few days my wife is suffering stomach ache on the left side and constipation. Please suggest a remedy.

Diet with lots of Green, Fruits, Fiber will help relieve constipation. Use lactulose Syp to help passing of stool, if pain persist get an Ultrasound imaging of Abdomen.
