Constipation and blood in poop
My daughter is 1 year old, she had constipation for several weeks, today I saw her straining and saw blood in her poop, she is on mother feed and cow ' s milk and regular solid food

torelieve constipation: encourage more fluids ( water, juices like apple juice, prune juice or liquids in any form). Its a season of mangoes and melons - excellent for constipation. Add carrots, beans, green leafy vegetables to khicdi/ pongal/ rice/ daals to increase the fibre

Avoid outside food , milk ( continue breast feeding,stop cows milk) , increase water intake and fibre rich food .
Next Steps
Since blood also there and constipated , kindly consult , prescribed medications will help in passing stool and with pain

If abdominal pain , again not able to pass stool properly , blood amount increased , painful etc , do not delay drs visitation
