Constant urge to pass a stool
For about a month I am having frequent feel to poop and stool comes in very small quantity during each sit.
At first stool.comes liquid and then as small hard lumps.
Also stool does not come easily and have slight pain like feeling (Feel to poop) .
Sometimes saw some blood also in the stool.
