Are you getting any fever. Often low Hemoglobin level is cause of weakness. Get a blood CBC test done. Till then take tab Zincovit 1 tab daily.

First you need to check your vision and also check your BP and CBC.
Headache could be due to various reasons like eyesight problems, BP fluctuations or anaemia.
If all the above is normal then I want to ask you if you have nausea , vomiting or headache on one side of head , difficulty in seeing light or deep seated ear pain.
If you have any of the above symptoms it could be migraine.
You can take acecloplus tablet twice daily after food for 3 days.
If pain persists consult a doctor.
Next Steps
take tablet acecloplus twice daily for 3 days and drink plenty of water.
