From last two months my mind is not in my control even every time my mind's control me.24/7my minds runs....from that sometime I feel headache....I can't focus on anything and I loose my confidence too.....Everytime thinking rubbish things.

Try to observe your thoughts rather than trying to control them. The more you control your thoughts the more they’re going to keep coming at you with force. So just let the thoughts come and go and you just be an observer. Don’t attach any emotion to the thoughts. While you observe your thoughts just focus on your breathing. This is mindfulness.
