Hello,  so the heel pain could be due to many reasons 1- calcaneum spur wherin your bone shape starts getting modified and it pinches on the tissues and hence gives pain , 2- back pain also sometimes radiate to the heel which is kind of reffered pain So I want you to tel me more in detail about the pain as to when it comes in the day?? Is it constant or intermittent?? How good are your footwear cushions?? Have you checked you blood calcium levels lately?? Etc
