Constant pain in lower portion of back
I'm suffering from last 10 years pain in lower portion of back. As per MRI report L1 to L-5 is badly affected. Although I'm doing sweeming, morning and evening walk. I have consulted more than 5-6 Drs but it's not subsiding, some Drs suggesting to operate, which, I'm not agreeing

send ur Mri. do stretch exercises go through this video   https://youtu.be/r9asb-tlh08. it will help in avoiding surgery.
