Constant pain in gum and teeth
Last few days i am feeling continious pain specially after 3pm. The pain comes is not continious though.

Pain from your gum will be constant generally.it could be mostly arising from tooth.meet your dentist at the earliest. Warm water gorgles with salt could give some relief
