Constant memory loss.
This issue started in middle school when I found myself at the end of a hallway having no idea how I got there. Fast forward, I am now in high school and the problem hasn't gone away and has gotten much more severe. While I've been able to get by using my long-term memory as a crutch, my short-term memory is horrid. I'd love any help.

You need to see a psychologist who can help you with a complete evaluation on memory. You may also need to see a neurologist & get a brain scan done to rule out any abnormalities in the brain that may be causing your loss of memory.
