Constant medium pain in my shin bones.
I have been getting pain in my shin bones from 2008. Actually, I am a Volleyball player. I do high jumps, football, kho kho, 100m dash and 4 X 100m relay, I play cricket also. Mostly, I stop and suddenly turn to run other side. Now I can't able to jump like before, can't able to run or walk comfortably. Please give me a solution for this.
