Constant Heartburn

Asked for Female, 36 Years

The next day after having sex, I started feeling consistent heartburn. I didn't not change any eating habits. I only used teeth whitening strips and I thought that might be the reason. It has been a week and the heartburn caused me canker sores inside my mouth and it affects my appetite negatively. Is that a pregnancy sign or do I have a problem?
